Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

Product is damaged
Wrong item received
Printing defect or manufacturing issue
Product issue can be verified through video call inspection
Return Request Time
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Video Verification

To reduce fraud and verify issues, customers may be asked to join a video call and show the product condition before return approval.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for

Minor color differences due to screen display
Customized/personalized products
Products damaged after use
Refund Process
Once approved and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be sent to the original payment method or store credit.
Exchange Policy

If size exchange is allowed:

One-time exchange available subject to stock availability.
